ID Requirement

We utilize the same Trust & Safety Standards that hotels require for guest check in:

  • Valid ID
  • Credit Card used to book
As we offer the convenience of self check-in, we require images of the booking guest’s ID and credit card to be submitted 3 days prior to arrival. Guest name, ID, and credit card are required to match.

Image Requirements:

  • ID (driver’s license/ military/ passport)- Front only
  • Credit Card- Both front and back
Images can be uploaded via the user account messaging system of the online travel agency used to book our property, or texted directly to our toll free number +1 (877) 725-7273.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED PRIOR TO SUBMISSION & REVIEW.
