While no one expects to cancel a holiday, it does happen- which is why we recommend Cancel For Any Reason Travel Insurance .

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the date of arrival will receive a 100% refund
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the date of arrival will receive a 50% refund
Bookings canceled 13 days or less before the date of arrival will NOT receive a refund
Cancellations must be time stamped by 5:00 PM Pacific for the notification day to apply
Allow up to 10 days for a refund to post to your bank account
