CANCELLATION POLICY


While no one expects to cancel a holiday, it does happen, which is why we recommend travel insurance. Please contact us immediately in the event a cancellation is necessary.


Bookings less than 29 nights

  • Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date will receive a 100% refund
  • Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund
  • Bookings canceled 13 days or less from arrival date will NOT receive a refund due to the low probability of a rebooking within the remaining time frame


Bookings 29 nights and more

  • Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date will receive a 100% refund
  • Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund
  • Bookings canceled 29 days or less from arrival date will NOT receive a refund due to the low probability of a rebooking within the remaining time frame


Note

  • Card issuer may take up to 7 business days to post a refund
