• Bedding can remain on beds
• Place used towels in laundry area
• Place dirty dishes in dishwasher
• Remove leftovers from refrigerator
• Take trash out and place in cans
• Logout of personal accounts if home devices were used to access. Do not reset devices as a reconfiguration fee will be applicable
• Return iPad & charger to kitchen counter
• Return property parking cards
• Return garage door openers (if applicable)
• Close and lock all windows & sliding doors
• Lock front and rear doors
• If furry family members were present, ensure that related waste is removed
• Prior to departing, DOUBLE CHECK the property for personal belongings, inside & out
