This was our first lake vacation as a family. This place was amazing! Made our trip memorable and we had so much fun! The place was so clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We took the kayaks out, went fishing, and jumped into the lake. The kids had a wonderful time making s'mores around the awesome firepit. Definitely want to go back! Highly recommend this place!

Great spacious house. We were there for a family celebration and there was plenty of room. Games were abundant and fun! Kitchen is renovated with all amenities.

Everything is available to you renting this home, just bring yourselves and enjoy!

The upgrades and amenities to this place were excellent. Perfect for a family weekend away. Very comfortable for all family members ranging from grandpa to grandkid. Highlights: modern kitchen, large deck, ping ping, pool table, wifi, gaming systems, dock access... Just a short walk to kayaks and SUPs for fun on the lake. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We had an amazing stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook during our stay there which saved us a lot of money from having to eat out. We enjoyed having beach access and the shared dock. No one from the other house rentals were at the dock the same time as us, but there was plenty of kayaks and paddle boards for multiple group. We would definitely stay there again!

My family of 10 plus a baby had a wonderful time in this home! Wonderfully laid out, full of exceptional amenities, with access to a great dock with lots of "toys." Keep in mind guests will need to climb stairs. I highly recommend this place!

A great place for 8 people to stay! A very updated, contemporary interior with lots of things to do. You won't be disappointed.

The house is amazing and all the amenities really made our stay wonderful. We ate dinner every night on the large deck and the kids really enjoyed the ping pong table and making smores over the fire pit. The private dock is perfectly equipped. We used the kayaks and paddle boards everyday. The house is located very close to the Village and Lake. I would not recommend walking but the drive is less than 5 minutes. Jon was always available to answer questions and I hope our family can make staying here an annual event.

The house is a true gem! It was very clean, large, decorated perfect and beds were very comfy. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare all our meals. The patio was so pleasant to hang out on and very spacious. The group had fun playing ping pong! Our day at the beach club and dock was tons of fun. We paddle boarded, kayaked and brought some of our own floaties. It is a really mellow, picturesque place. Would definitely rent this house again!

We traveled with 4 teenagers and this property turned out to be just what we needed. We put the boys, all football varsity players, downstairs where they had plenty to do with the game table etc. My husband and I stayed up stairs where the living room/kitchen divided us...no noise! We REALLY liked the dock, paddle boards and knacks and ended up catching 14 rainbow trout. The walks were great (we walked into town) and the wooded area great

This place was nothing short of wonderful! So great with communication and the accommodations were perfect for a weekend getaway. Highly recommend!

Just spent an amazing 3 day weekend at this house. Great for families with small kids. Awesome location, so close to the village. The kitchen is immaculate and so well stocked. I'm talking about spices, oil, coffee along with an array of pots/pans, baking sheets and cooking supplies. Seriously, you don't need to bring anything. The master bedroom had a large walk in closet which was perfect size for a pack n play for those of you traveling with kids. The only con is the drive way. It's super steep and probably very scary when icy or snowing. But was it worth every penny? YUUUPPPPP

We just returned from four wonderful days in Lake Arrowhead. We were thrilled that it snowed while we were there. Terrace Lodge is beautifully decorated with high end furnishings and appliances. The home has been totally and professionally remodeled. Surprisingly spacious with comfortable beds and lovely linens and towels. There were only five of us but had room for twice that number. The only disappointment was we could not use the fireplace because there was no protective screen. With two young children it was not worth the risk. We love a fire going on cold snowy days but other than that everything was A+!!! We hope to stay here again in the future. Also, great tv's in many rooms with an iPad available for guests' use. Kudos to whomever planned and decorated this lovely oasis in the woods.

We've stayed at several of their properties and only have good things to say. Always have great quality kitchen ware to use. From the bedding to bathrooms tile and decor is all very nice. All good quality stuff. Property owner/manager Kim is very responsive and replies right away to any questions I had. Definitely will stay at this home again!

What a MOST inviting home! AND when they say their home is fully stocked with essentials, they mean it! The ONLY thing that was "hard" at all, was the sloped driveway.....when there is snow- difficult to maneuver! Other than that....Absolutely fantastic! I am sure their other properties have just as much care put into them, as well!! The G clan

Cozy cabin! Got everything you need! Good location too! It's very close to town center. Me and my family had a great time.

This property features many well-done upgrades and plenty of living and sleeping space. The kitchen has all the necessary cooking hardware and a nice spice rack. We stayed three days and cooked all of our meals except for one. As far as entertainment, there is a game room with a pool table, a ping pong table outside, and a cabinet full of board games and cards. There are plenty of options for both family and grown-up fun. The only downside is that there is no space in the yard for small kids to play. There is however an intertube park towards Big Bear which the kids absolutely loved!

We enjoyed a memorable family Christmas at this tastefully decorated home. We arrived to find a beautifully lit Christmas tree to put our presents under. We also experienced several inches of snow, it was so beautiful! Much to our surprise they arranged to have driveway shoveled so we could make it to our Christmas Eve Dinner at the Resort!

My family (of 8) had a wonderful time this weekend in this beautiful home! We had plenty of space and really enjoyed the high end finishes and decor in the home. It was about a 3 minute drive into the village which made it very convenient to go to the grocery store and to dinner. The house looks even better in person. Our family had a great vacation here and we would recommend to anyone looking to vacation in Lake Arrowhead. We would definitely LOVE to use this rental again! Can't wait to come back!

This house was everything you see in the pictures and more. We had a fantastic stay and found everything to be clean and in order. It was so nice to have baskets of throw blankets, it made it super cozy by the fire place. Interesting reading books in every room. Plenty of towels. Our favorite shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I usually bring my own and forgot so I was pleasantly surprised to see the showers supplied. Beds were super comfortable. 13 minute walk to the lake. We didn't make use of the dock or kayak during the winter month but it would have been a perfect activity if the weather was warmer. Games for all ages. Pool table and ping pong. We made s'mores at the outdoor fire pit. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Perfect for daily walks.Really what more could you want. They even had a great selection for the Kureg. Oh and the festive Christmas tree and welcome sign on the chalk board showed an extra touch that was appreciated.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. It has all the luxury of a high-end resort with the privacy and comfort of being in your own home. The attention to detail is apparent in every room. There are heaters in the modern bathrooms, incredibly comfortable pillow-top beds in the many bedrooms and new cookware in the large, gourmet kitchen (everything the overview states is completely accurate, and then some!). I’ve been staying in Lake Arrowhead every year for 10 years and this is by far the nicest home I have rented. You don’t always find bedrooms with cable television! The ping pong and pool table were the second best feature … the Amazon Echo was the best ... now I have to get one! Communication with the owner was easy and fast. I highly recommend this home to families with kids but also to couples looking for a relaxing, luxurious time away from the grind!

Everything written about this beautiful house is true! What a perfect and amazing time we had. The main living area was so perfect for our group of 5 ladies. The deck with its unique fire pit was so lovely to sit around and enjoy our wine. Beautiful, spacious living area with gorgeous fireplace. Kitchen to die for. So much fun cooking together there. Lovely bedrooms for everyone. I would definitely give this home a perfect score of 10 and would love to come back again.

From the minute you walk into this home, you immediately feel comfortable. From the furnishings, the decor to the beds and linens, everything is of the best quality! The owners have really put in a lot of thought into every detail of this home and made it truly enjoyable and relaxing. My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary here and enjoyed sitting on the great patio with a glass of wine. We also enjoyed going to the nearby village and visiting the dock where we went kayaking and fishing. Overall a first class stay! We would LOVE to come back and bring our children as they would enjoy the xbox, ping pong and pool table. Thank you Kim for a wonderful home!

We had a wonderful time at the property. It has everything you need and is appointed well. Very close to the village as well. Huge deck great for relaxing. For those with small children, the deck works well with them, the railing slats are really close together so no chance of the little ones slipping through and there is plenty of room to roam around.

This is the second time we have stayed at one of Kim's rentals. We never want to stay anywhere else. She thinks of everything from beach towels to shampoo. The beds are very comfortable (two people in our family have back issues so this is a must). There is enough separation between the lower bedrooms and upper bedrooms to make it ideal for families sharing the cabin. Kim is so helpful and attentive that she makes planning your vacation easy!!! Thanks again Kim, we will see you next year!

Beautiful place!! Very modern but we didn't have AC

The house was immaculate, very well stocked, and very comfortable. We can't wait to go back again. Kim was also easy to work with and responsive. We also appreciated all the family board games - so much variety and entertainment. It was a wonderful trip.

This house was awesome! It was beautifully remodeled with attention to detail including quality bedding and appliances. The kids loved the game room and we all enjoyed the dock. Will definitely be back.

If I could rate this more than 5 stars, I would! A beautiful lodge, extremely luxurious and impeccably maintained. Top quality finishes and the thoughtful touches throughout the house makes for a wonderful stay. Lake Arrowhead itself is a slice of heaven and our annual trip to SoCal would not be the same if we didn't take time out to visit this special place. Kim manages the lodge with exceptional professionalism (our second rental through Kim and both rentals were amazing). We would return in a heartbeat. Many thanks, Jo and family

This house is absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for a family get away and a great way to end our summer. All the rooms were gorgeous, the beds were extremely comfortable, just an overall amazing home. The patio was great for relaxing in the evening. The kids loved filling the feeders and watching the birds and squirrels come by. The house had everything we could want. Between the ping pong table, pool table, and xbox there were hours of entertainment for all of us. We had multiple family tournaments throughout the weekend, it was great having so many options to hang out all together. Kim is so sweet and very helpful! She provided us with so many recommendations and was always available if we had any questions, she made planning this vacation easy and stress-free. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

After weeks of searching for the right cabin for my birthday weekend with some friends, I stumbled upon the perfect place. The home is straight out of an episode of an HGTV show. From the decor to the flow of the many bedrooms and living spaces, the house accommodated all of my guests and their needs. From cooking "family meals" in the gourmet kitchen that was equipped with high-end cookware to lounging by the fireplace outside, everyone found their perfect place to relax or be entertained. Everything in the house was updated from floor to ceiling. Equipped with technological gadgets and proper placement of things in the house, the house gave us a feel of ease all weekend. When arriving, all of my guests continued saying WOW and everyone wanted the house information for themselves to rent. Although there are a few houses near you, the open spaces are very private and surrounded by large trees. Our playing table tennis at night seemed not to bother the neighbors. Simply, you just have to show up with your clothes, food and booze. Kim and Jeff has taken care of the rest. We didn't need to bring anything. After reading hundreds of reviews on the various sites before I booked this home, I feared that there would not be enough trash bags, paper towels,etc. I was wrong with this place. They had thought of everything we needed and much, much more....including the various aromatic scents around the house to keep you in an "oasis" mood. After inspecting the house, we didn't think things could get even better...until we got to the dock on Saturday. From canoeing to paddle boarding, we had an amazing time at the lake. There were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas that seated or shaded everyone on a rather hot day. Because of the various water toys, we played on the lake all day. If we needed anything, a plethora of stores was just a stone's throw away (including grabbing extra ice from Stater Brothers-literally steps away from the private dock). Also, the check in and check out was SUPER easy. No picking up or dropping off keys at a management office nor hauling trash to some distant site. Every aspect of my interaction with renting this home was completely easy and professional. Believe me, after weeks of searching for the perfect place to rent at either Lake Arrowhead or Big Bear, I finally found the perfect stay when I chose this home. We have been spoiled and could not ever rent another place than this one. Hats off to Kim & Jeff. Well done...well done!!!

We loved our stay in Arrowhead at Kim & Jeff's "Terrace Lodge" house. They thought of everything we could need during our stay and were very prompt in responding to any questions we had while we were there. There was plenty of space that 2 families of 4 could all be comfortable in the family room, while still having our own space on the 1st and 3rd level where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located. The house has been recently updated and shows like a model home, very tastefully done. We appreciated that coffee, cleaning supplies and toiletries were provided during our stay. The private access dock associated with the house had plenty of shade and chairs allowing us to comfortably spend the majority of the day paddle boarding and kayaking. We would definitely recommend staying here or any of their other rental locations. Thank you both!!

Our family just returned from a wonderful stay at Terrace Lodge. Three generations of our family stayed at the home and all of us were beyond impressed with the property. The home was recently remodeled and is beautifully done. From the linens to the furniture, it was clear that no expense was spared. The layout of the house gave us plenty of room to sit together and enjoy each other's company, while also allowing us to spread out when we needed a little break. We all enjoyed sitting out on the deck and feeding the bluejays, playing pool and taking advantage of all of the great technology included in the house. My kids loved the fun touches like the Amazon echo and the little bed tucked under the eaves upstairs. Our only complaint was that we had to leave the house and head back down the mountain far too quickly! We can't wait to head back up to Lake Arrowhead and back to the Terrace Lodge again. We will definitely be return customers!

This is the ultimate cabin for families or romantic get-aways! Our extended family stayed here, and everyone loved it - from our toddler to our parents. The design and thoughtful amenities were wonderful. The entire home has been updated with a modern kitchen and new bathrooms, carpet, tile, furnishing, technology, and artwork. The cabin is set amidst beautiful tall trees, making the atmosphere calm and relaxing. The deck is set up for lounging over coffee, raucous ping pong games, and easy outside dinners. Inside the design is welcoming, luxurious, and fun. Kim and Jeff have tried to anticipate every need with linen napkins, modern wood serving boards, glassware for every occasion, and a fully stocked kitchen. Three floors meant that different generations could play, nap, watch tv, or read without being disturbed. You really can't go wrong with this cabin.
