Beautiful and comfortable. Lacks a little privacy and parking as noted in other reviews but is nicely finished with everything you might need for a great stay. Super comfy beds and furnishings!

We had a great time at Jon's Cabin. I rented it for my husband's 40th (he wanted something chill) and it was a success. The place is amazing with floor to (high) ceiling windows. Downstairs bedroom was perfect for our 5 month old. We particularly enjoyed kayaking and fishing at the doc. Overall it was an amazing stay. Thanks Jon for your hospitality.

We had a great time in the cabin.Beautiful view of the trees. Lots of birds and squirrels to see. The shops and dock were a 5 minutes easy walk. Very quiet location. Amazon Echo was very useful. The cabin was big enough for the 2 of us. It was very relaxing, we wished we stayed longer.

I loved this place. Mostly. It's like 4.9999 out of 5. Pros: It has a really good location next to Lake Arrowhead Village. It was super great to have the dock with kayaks, fishing poles, etc and the association membership. We used all of it. The place was decorated tastefully with ample room to move around. The kitchen is FULLY stocked, lots of towels, comfy bedding etc. The bathrooms are nicely appointed with GREAT water pressure! Spectacular back deck with seating, bbq and fire feature. You are literally in the trees. Nice huge dining table great for big family dinners! Great fireplace! Comfy furniture all around. Nice laundry room. The owner is very prompt at responding and very nice. Before I say the "Con", I want to say that I do plan to stay in one of their places in the winter. They do a really nice job with the homes. I'm very pleased all around. Cons: I only have one con, and the only reason I even bring it up is to warn people if you have a "full house" of people - be advised (not necessarily a bad thing) that the two bedrooms upstairs (are incredibly comfy) are loft rooms. They have 2 half walls so there is zero sound privacy. You can hear the TV's really loud, and the person in the next room and downstairs. Maybe the sound carries weird in the steep A Frame. We had 1 baby with the group upstairs in the master and any time he cried it woke up the next room. We couldn't play the TV in the master because the sound carried so loudly around the house that it was an issue at night. The walls don't go all the way to the ceiling in either room. The downstairs room was super nice and quiet. If traveling with your own family it probably would not make a difference in the world but if you're traveling with other families it's a little awkward as far as hearing everything going on in the whole house. Also there is no railing on the steps from the front door down to the living room/kitchen so might be a little safety issue for people with small kiddos.

Snowflower cabin was perfect. Great location, beautifully appointed, we felt like we were suspended in the trees. The cabin had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped for a weekend of cooking together. The dock was 5 minutes away, easy walk. Again clean and well equipped with plenty of kayaks and SUPs. Fishing gear was also available and we tried our luck but caught only baby bass which we immediately released. The dock has a shaded area on the sand if you want to wet your feet without jumping into the lake. Also Jon, our host was very attentive and responded to our messages very quickly. Thank you for a great time in Lake Arrowhead. We will be back.

We have stayed in a number of vbro's , but the attention to details of our every need was unsurpassed in this home. It is beautiful and impeccably clean. There are large big screen tv's in each room, there is a computer tablet for use, an echo, games, x-box, Apple TV, Netflix. There is a very organized binder that tells everything about the house, area attractions, restaurants . There is a great private dock with small beach area with chairs and umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards for use . All these are clean and set up before for use by their very nice property managers. I would sum up by saying the Hewitts( owners) , do a truly first class job and present a trouble free vacation. They have thought of everything. As an aside, we came up to view some property we own with the thought of building, but after staying here my wife and decided we could not match this and instead will rent one of their properties when we want to come up!

If I could give this property 6 stars I would. The house is stunning and has everything in it you could ever need. The location is perfect, less than 5 minute walk to village, and the private dock is a dream!! Jon was the perfect host.

We enjoyed staying at the lovely Snowflower cabin in Lake Arrowhead for a family getaway. My older daughter was a little disappointed the dock was so small but everyone loved paddle boarding and kayaking! For me the walk to town and to the dock got a little long, especially because it was uphill on the way back. Other than that everything was great. The deck was so nice and the grille worked wonderfully! We enjoyed cooking together, board games in the evening and appreciated all the technology ( Ipad, Netflix, etc). Overall just an amazing get away !!! Thanks!!!!!

This was our first airbnb experience so we were not sure what to expect but the cabin was just as described and pictured. Beautiful, spacious and within walking distance to the village. Would definitely rent again. We brought our own food to snack on during the day but you are within walking distance to a grocery store so will shop here instead. Easier than packing everything. Great weekend getaway.

The house was beautifully decorated down to the accent pieces just as pictured on their website! They had a relaxing deck to sit & have your morning coffee. The house was well stocked from your daily things: coffee, tea, trash bags, toiletries, laundry soap, to cleaning supplies, they had 4 flashlights that came in handy kids went on a night walk. Plenty, of tv's, apple tv, an Alexa we asked her plenty of random questions. i-pad. The best part was access to the dock & the kayaks, paddle boards, floaties were all used. We used every day we were there. Dogs were exhausted after all the swimming & hiking. Thank you to our hosts: Jon & Kim this was truly a Fun vacation for us and we'd love to check out some of your other rentals in Arrowhead or La Quinta.

My family had a really nice little birthday get away for my sons 21 birthday. I loved all the home decorating and the bedrooms were so incredibly comfortable! We did a BBQ one night and cooked at the house. It had absolutely everything you could possibly need! Plus a few fun things too. Xbox, and Alexa. I will definitely rent from them again and recommend it to anyone vacationing in Lake Arrowhead! I told my husband I want my house to always look like that! Clean organized and welcome.

The property was situated amidst beautiful evergreens and chirping birds. It was quiet, relaxing and had everything we needed for our stay.

Very nice location and reasonably priced. The place is nicely located near shops and docks which had a number of kayaks and paddle boards for everyone. We mostly enjoyed the openness of the living room and kitchen. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Snowflower Cabin was everything I thought it would be and more. What a beautiful property! The purpose of the weekend getaway was rest and relaxation and I'm happy to report mission accomplished. The cabin was well appointed and very comfortable. The owners have thought of everything to make sure their guests are happy campers! Can't wait to return!

We are a small family with a 19 month old and found this property to be very family friendly. It is beautiful, clean and well taken care of. The space is decorated for comfort as well as style! Everything you could want or need is provided. We were given great directions/instructions that are very easy to follow. The window wall is just breathtaking and blue jays that hang out are so much fun to watch. It is a quick and easy stroll to the Village that only takes a few minutes. All in all we had a great time and definitely recommend:)

The house was amazing, the dock and kayaks were great, and the proximity to the village was perfect for walking.

We rented this cabin over the weekend for a relaxing/mild bachelor party for my buddy. Contrary to the stigma of bachelor parties, ours was very mild. A lot of hanging out, snowboarding, and just overall relaxation from our normal adult duties (most of us are in the health field). The best part is, it fit 6 grown men and all of our snow gear comfortably! This home was awesome, and absolutely accommodated us! From the balcony, to the bedrooms, to the living room, to the kitchen, this place had it all! Breathtaking view, cozy fireplace, extra propane tanks provided by the owner for the BBQ grill and fire pit, festive string lights on the balcony, cable tv /apple tv hookups, WIFI, audio equipment for streaming music, extra batteries for the provided XB1, modern washing/drying machines, EVERYTHING met and exceeded our expectations. The recurring phrase of the weekend was, "this place is awesome!" It's clearly evident that the owner took a lot of pride and love into building this place-- the home's attention to detail and its craftsmanship were excellent, bar-none. It's a few minutes' walk to the village (where there's a grocery store, food, alcohol, etc.etc.), basically across the street from a 7-11 if you need to grab something quick. We took a stroll on the lake shore via a private trail down by the village on one of the days of our stay. Entrance to the trail is next to the BofA--don't forget to bring the key/membership card that will give you access. We had a little trouble finding the place (our fault, we came up at night), and parking is tight, but everything worked out. Communication with the owner was a breeze, and check in/check out instructions were also simple. We will definitely be coming back to this place if we get another chance!

To quote one of my friends, "Every time we stay here it's the 'Best vacation of my life'! How is that possible?!" We made great use of the fully stocked kitchen, great use of the cozy fireplace and loungers, great use of the snuggly beds and great use of the gorgeous scenery from the breathtaking deck. For a vacation as good as the one we had I'd loan you my friends too - but I'm afraid they're booked!

The cabin was clean, cozy and in the perfect location – close to the lake arrowhead and the village. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Overall, we are happy with our stay and would not hesitate to rent this cabin again.

We LOVED the beauty, design and comfort of this cabin in Lake Arrowhead, and the service we received from the hosts was second to none. Truly a great stay. But if you have very young children, this is not an ideal space. The two bedrooms upstairs are loft-style with open walls, so noise was a big issue. If one kid was up in the middle of the night, we were all up. I would absolutely come here again with just adults. The proximity to the lake is awesome and again, I can't say enough good things about the hosts, who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. This place is a gem!

Great home for vacation , home is very clean and has all the necessary needs. Very close to the markets . Beds are very comfortable everything was amazing no issues . You wont regret to book this property as vacation home.

Last week, my family and I stayed at the Snowflower Cabin for 3 days. We arrived quite late and didn't have chains on our car. Luckily, I received a call back from Jeff who gave me walking directions from where we parked. He also instructed me on the code to get in, how to unplug the cameras, & how to turn on the heat. My family and I were impressed by the 5-star hotel like treatment!!! Each room was festively decorated and the bathrooms were stocked with toiletry items. We defiantly made use of the kitchen making daily homemade meals. Every utensil and equipment we needed was there. I was quite comfortable the first night sleeping in the room on the main level but those that slept upstairs were under their covers. Jon was excellent in trouble shooting the issue over the phone. Unfortunately, the heater was not kicking in so he made the drive up and found the problem. Now that's what I call customer service!!! My favorite part of the house is the floor to ceiling window. What an incredible view of the outdoors :) Our last day we went to the Village which was so conveniently close by. It was quite pleasant to stroll through the shops. I had the opportunity to catch the only boat ride of the day with my grandson! Learned about the history of the lake and the village. We splurged on our last meal at Belgian Waffle Works. This place was one of the restaurants in the notebook. Our stomachs were content by the hearty food we ate! This is the second year that my family and I have been in Lake Arrowhead for the winter holiday. We see this becoming a yearly tradition of bonding, relaxing, and making memories! We are grateful and blessed to have found a property with warm and friendly hosts. Thank you Kim, Jon, & Jeff!!! You were easily accessible via email or by phone. I would consider staying at one of your properties in the future and without a doubt refer you to others!!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS :)

Beautiful home with all the amenities

We couldn't have been happier with the Snowflower Cabin for a 3-night getaway to Lake Arrowhead. The property is as described - beautifully decorated, well maintained, comfortable and stocked with every item you could possibly need. Though we were just two, the cabin easily sleeps 6. When we had trouble with the always-complicated TV remote, the owners were available by phone to explain. I would highly recommend the property. It has a lovely deck and is surrounded by trees. It is very open with high glass windows and lots of natural. light.

Our family, though not as scattered as some, live a few states apart. We've rented several gathering houses over the last few years, but this has been a favorite. Beautifully decorated, every amenity thought of, clean and well-kept. Nicer linens, lots of things to do, great location. Just enough parking, beautiful setting. Thanks for a great family weekend!

Our overall stay was perfect. I wouldn't change a thing. The house was extremely comfortable from couch to bed. Kitchen was fully stocked with all working utensils and cookware. Our daughter-in-law is a personal chef in LA and cooked us fabulous anniversary dinner...she enjoyed working in the efficient kitchen. Our granddaughters had enough room to play and found places to "hide and seek". Loved our mini vacation at this house!

We had an amazing time! As a "blended family" it is often hard to find an affordable vacation catering to the entertainment of both our younger and older children. This was truly a great experience and everyone had a great time. The rental accommodated to all our needs and comfort at the same time. The location is not only scenically beautiful but conveniently located minutes away from the village. We plan to do it again all over again in the winter.

Loved our time at Snowflower Cabin. It has everything you need and more. Extremely clean and well appointed. And the trees are gorgeous. We loved kayaking at the lake during the day, relaxing on the deck and enjoying family dinners around the big table in the evening. We will definitely be returning next year.

We had such a nice experience at Snowflower. The house is beautifully decorated, welcoming, clean and stocked with all the amenities needed for a great vacation. Close proximity to the Village, restaurants and lake access. Our family tried the kayaks and paddle boards and wished we had booked an additional day. Kim responded very quickly to all emails and granted us a late check out , which was really appreciated since there was a long wait for breakfast at the Waffle Inn. Parking is tight so it's best to try to carpool. Will certainly book another trip in the future. Many thanks Kim!

Amazing cabin! Stocked with all you need for a lake weekend. Parking is very tight especially if you have an SUV you probably need to park below the cabin if you have a big car. Beds are very comfy!! The master bedroom is very bright in the AM, if you like your Z's, I'd sleep in another room. All the beds are comfy though! As stated the dock is shared so be prepared to share! There is enough space to share between the deck, dick and sand. The SUP boards were great we used them everyday! There is no lake view but the trees are beautiful. Since it is so close to the highway around the lake is a bit of traffic noise. Village is an easy walk. The dock is a bit of a long walk but doable, we were there over 4th of July so there was no parking available at the beach club. Cabin was a little pricey for the holiday weekend, but we would stay here again when we want to splurge! Kim was very quick to respond with any issues or inquiry's.

The house was exactly what we expected. Gorgeous and full stocked. We loved sitting on the terrace surrounded by trees. We even had a raccoon friend visitor watching us from the tree above, all night long! We had a great time and made some wonderful family memories :-)

I really enjoyed staying at Kim's! The accommodations were clean, bright, spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, and Kim left instructions and guidance for the area that helped with getting acclimated quickly and easily.

The house is breathtaking and gorgeous. Everything one could possibly need is given. It is truly the most comforting home we've stayed in thus far (and we travel a great deal) A feathered nest atop the trees, so close to everything yet - secluded in the clouds. Luxuriously furnished, welcoming and warm and blissful.

It was an amazing experience staying in Kim's house. The checking in and out process was super easy, the house was professional cleaned, very beautiful and fully equipped. Kim was really helpful during our stay, quick reply for text massages. We will def come back or try Kim's other bnb, she is the best!

Property was very well maintained and comfortable for families with kids. Location is excellent. Would definitely visit again.

We would def stay here again. We had such a great family time and it felt a lot like our own home, even down to the plush sheets, pillows and furniture and colors. FYI we have the same sheets. Kim has taken pride in every detail even stocking items we always forget to bring. The store is in walking distance so if you do forget anything it's right there. But it's also very secluded on a very private drive, safe and close to everything. Can’t say enough great things about how much we felt at home. When we booked it with Kim we were hoping El Nino would kick in and give us some snow. It was a gamble, but we did get to experience what Arrowhead's call a Miracle March. We were pleasantly surprised and happy about the snow as it came down the first two days we were there!! We got to go tubing in the morning and sledding up at Big Bear a short 35 - 40 minute drive. Would have gone skiing but just ran out of time. Breakfast at the waffle house, the best waffles, and then at night we had great sushi and Thai at California Thai. After diner we tried not to stay connected to our personal devices, actually playing a couple of rounds of good old fashioned Monopoly. Kim has it stocked with a number of old school board games, nice touch. My 14 year old daughter and 10 year old son actually had fun together and communicated with each other verbally the entire time... lol. They even made a small snow man and had a couple of snowball fights too. When we did need to connect it was all there and working, great wifi, great cable set-up, a tv in every room, wow. Although I must confess one of the nights my wife and I did binge watch the last 6 episodes of “House of Cards" on Kim’s Netflix. It was just a very relaxing decompressed couple of days, mostly because we didn’t have to worry about anything. Kim was responsive to every question we had. Kim made sure all was taken care of and right away, she even sent a maintenance man to tune up the heater so that we would be more than heated and comfortable during our stay. It was pretty cold up in Arrowhead those couple of days as it should be this time of year. We will be back and truly loved this place! Looking forward to trying one of Kim's other homes at Arrowhead, we like to mix it up. Thank you Kim for everything and providing us with a great home away from home to relax and just be family!!!

Beautiful home. Fully equipped with every amenity. My family and I had a great time there. The house is located in a great area, very close to the village.

Our stay at the Snowflower cabin exceeded our already high expectations of the property and location based on the photos and information provided. The house is fully stocked with the highest quality kitchen and bathroom accommodations, the most comfortable bedding, and an extremely clean and tasteful décor. Our party of 6 included a small dog and an infant, and we all enjoyed our stay! Kim was extremely helpful with any questions we had, and went out of her way to make our trip smooth and comfortable; she has even arranged a notebook on site with the home details, and all information necessary about the Arrowhead Village (which was a few minutes away on foot). The house even had access to Netflix, an Ipad, and the cutest 2nd floor patio that seemed to be perched atop the trees and beautiful landscape of Lake Arrowhead! We would love to go back to this property for another wonderful trip! Thank you, Kim!

We organized a trip to Lake Arrowhead for my husband's birthday, and we couldn't have been more impressed with this beautiful cabin. The location is a quick walk to the main village and nestled between pine trees, which allowed for some great bird watching. The large windows really make you feel you amongst the trees, and combined with the comfort and cleanliness of the home, really allowed us to relax. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated, with very comfortable beds. The owners truly thought of everything to make the cabin accommodating to guests - from a nicely organized binder with local recommendations, to a beautifully appointed kitchen with coffee, spices, cookware and cooking utensils. The only downside I can think of is that parking is limited directly in the front the cabin, but the owner makes that very clear in the instructions, and this did not affect us much because we only brought one vehicle. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

We just returned from 4 days at the Snowflower. This place is super nice on the inside with very tasteful and comfortable decor. It felt updated and cozy at the same time. We found it to be very clean and well stocked. It was an easy stroll to the Village but we found the home to be so comfortable that we decided to spend most of our time relaxing at the house. Thanks Kim for allowing us to rent your home!

This cabin was our first and only option, after seeing the pics and description we didn't need to see more, and immediately sent a message to the owner who always was very attentive, helpful and open to answer immediatly any questions we had. Because small children were traveling with us and we were going to spend Christmas in the cabin, we asked if there could be some christmas decorations and if there was any charge, and Kim the owner said they will put some decorations and they even put a christmas tree without any charge added. We spent 5 wonderful days at the cabin and in Lake Arrowhead in general, it was our first time up here and it was perfect, the cabin had everything we needed, just a few missed spiderwebs from the cleaning, but in general was clean and very conforting. This cabin is a very good option for a small family, there are all the amenities needed to entertain young children, and the communication with the owner is direct and comforting

Had a difficult time finding the cabin but other than that it was a great vacation. The owner was very accommodating to our needs and the cabin was excellent: Clean, neat, great open floor plan and even a Kuerig coffee maker. Would recommend this rental to my friends.

Kim's home was so wonderful. The house is luxurious. We loved everything about it. It felt like I was right at home! A nice full binder with instructions for any question one could possibly have during the stay. We really enjoyed our stay there and cannot wait to come back. Thank you, Kim!

We spent two nights at this cabin so we could attend Octoberfest at the village. Six adults and two children. The description of "Luxury Cabin" is spot on. The furnishings, bedding, towels are first class. Even the T.P. LOL! Kitchen, bathroom, & laundry room are stocked with necessities down to K-cups, shampoo and conditioner. It's about a 5 minute walk to the village. We had three cars and parking is tight but definitely manageable. There is a row of cabins between this cabin and the main road so there is a bit of traffic noise as mentioned in other reviews but we were not bothered by it. The pines block the view of the road and other homes. Deck and deck furniture were fabulous (BBQ and heater too). Two bedrooms upstairs have doors but are not that private because the walls do not go all the way to the ceiling and one is loft style. Downstairs bedroom is private. We were not looking for privacy but some people are so I thought I'd mention it. Owner was extremely accommodating and let us check in early. We would definitely stay here again.

I just came back from a wonderful weekend in Lake Arrowhead, none of us wanted to leave. This home was beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations set from the photos and description. Location is great, it was nice to be able to walk to the village. Kim was very responsive and accommodating. She provided excellent advice on the area and quickly answered questions we had during the say.

This home is exactly as fresh and adorable as the photos you see on the site. We'd never used Airbnb before so we weren't sure what to expect and every expectation we had was surpassed by this rental. There's a lot of open space so you don't feel like you're in close quarters. The linens are lush and it's well appointed so you feel like you're in luxury. I had a couple of freakouts because I'm totally high maintenance and sent Kim texts which were promptly returned and everything was okay always. We liked getting up with the sun but if you require a dark house this won't be a great match. Only one of the bedrooms has blackout curtains, but again you're up in forest, don't you want to enjoy the day? Arrowhead isn't known for it's great restaurants so the fact that the kitchen is all new (and better than mine at home) is really terrific, there's also a grill and a fire pit for s'mores. We just sort of hunkered down and enjoyed being a family. This is a truly special home & we hope to be back.

My family and I spent the 4th of July in this lovely, beautiful home and we will be sure and return soon! The listing description lived up to expectations and then some. The property was clean and well maintained, with all new appliances and decorated perfectly. The owner was incredibly helpful to us; she answered all of our questions by email or telephone and was very responsible and kind (my husband even commented that he has never dealt with a nicer landlord!). We felt very much at home all weekend--so comfortable in fact, that we spent most nights at home---and relaxing on the porch, cooking on the grill, and listening to music (there was even an ipod speaker on the property). The property would be enjoyed by all types of visitors; from families with little children to couples looking for a romantic get away. We were walking distance to town and it was wonderful not to have to get into our car!

I had the best time with my family and truly enjoy all the unexpected amenities. Every decor and comfort detail surpassed my expectations. I really thank Kim, she made it really easy for us. I can't wait to come back and why not try the same place again... Loved it!

We planned a long weekend vacation with another family and this house was perfect. It is in walking distance to the village and Burnt Mill Creek Beach. The house had everything you could imagine from all of the kitchen items to cook dinner to beach chairs, fishing poles, ipad, xbox. We will definitely stay here again and the owner was awesome. Very responsive to questions prior to our trip and even allowed us to check in early on our first day so we had a full day at lake.

Kim's snowflower home was so beautiful. I am so glad we chose this home for our family vacation. The house is so gorgeous, updated, clean, and luxurious. We loved that everything was provided. Kim has thought of everything from a full kitchen, to shampoo and conditioner, to music speakers, and a full binder with instructions for any question one could possibly have during the stay. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the private dock and lake access. Kim is so detailed in her instructions that we had no problems utilizing any of the amenities. Our favorite memories were made at the lake swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. We are so happy to have stayed there and cannot wait to come back. Thank you, Kim!

This home was awesome. When i arrived, everything was clean and well prepared. Kim wrote a detailed guide about the village and how to use the cabin's amenities. It was very useful. My friends and I enjoyed staying here. We hope to come back again

The house looks like a model home. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and everything else you need to cook. 5 minutes to walk to the village or the ALA trail. Great location. The only negative, and is small, is you can hear some traffic noise from hwy 173. Not a lot of noise, but some. The two nicer bedrooms are loft - style with a door. I look forward to staying here again.

Our stay was wonderful, and the upstairs large bedroom was the perfect place to write all weekend while my family hung out downstairs. The property managers thought of everything to make one's stay comfortable and relaxing. From the Keurig coffee pods AND coffee maker, to the extra fluffy blankets found everywhere, and even the small touches throughout the house...all of it was amazing. We stayed in Arrowhead during 40-degree weather and some rain, and we never felt cabin fever. Cozy areas to read, great kitchen to cook in, warm fireplace to share family memories. Even though it's close to the Village the view is gorgeous from all rooms. We will definitely stay here again.

The cabin is beautiful and the trees maked it feel so secluded but yet you are conveniently close to the village. The house is well kept. The natural light from all the windows is so nice and the blue jays are your best friends (they eat peanuts). Very happy to have stayed here and plan to stay again.

My Husband and I took my Mother and our three kids here for a beautiful weekend. The beds are more comfortable than our own. This is truly a 5 star home, gorgeously decorated and the perfect location. We will be back for sure.

I took my two teenage daughters and four of their friends to Lake Arrowhead for a quick getaway. We were very pleased with this property and Kim the owner was very responsive - always available anytime I called. The cabin was clean, comfortable and just a two minute walk to the village.

We were drawn to this cabin based on the pictures of the large windows that overlooked the beautiful surroundings. Upon entering we were pleased to see that the cabin truly did offer beautiful natural light with treetop views! The cabin is clean, updated, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need (even kid dishes!). The owners are easy to work with and have made this cabin a wonderful place to stay. We will definitely be back for another stay!

We loved our stay in this house. The windows made it seem like we were part of the pine trees. The house was well stocked and equipped with all the modern necessities. The beds were very comfortable. It was also a great experience dealing with the owner. It was a challenge to find the house but friendly neighbors were helpful.

This cabin is beautiful. Exactly as pictured, and beyond my expectations. The place is spotless, and the decor is modern and cozy at the same time. The location is perfect, and the lake access is a plus. The only thing I could say is that it took awhile for the heater to heat up the whole house so my 10 month old son had troubles sleeping the first night but after it kicked it, it was perfect. One thing to note is that the 2 upstairs bedrooms are loft style and face the windows, so you will be waking up to the morning light if that matters. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for our son since there was a bamboo shade to keep the room dark and it was completely closed off. Kim provided everything - an extensive guide, fluffy towels, extra pillows, and all the kitchen utensils we needed. The laundry came in handy too since we have a baby. For our first family trip, I have to say it was a success, and this cabin was an absolute dream to relax in. Thanks again Kim, we will definitely come again!

Cozy place, great view, everything you need, comfortable beds and real close to everything! The only downside is parking. If you have a larger vehicle, parking will be a challenge. Overall though, I wouldn't let that stop you! Definitely check it out!

What a wonderfully relaxing time we had a this Arrowhead Mountain home. From the moment we entered we could tell the owners took great pride in their residence. The updated comfortable furnishings, modern kitchen and bathrooms and the very comfortable beds with down comforters all made us feel right at home. The owners were very accommodating and provided numerous suggestions for dining and activities. When we returned each day after exploring the area it was so nice to come back to the house to relax on the lovely deck, feed the bluejays and enjoy cooking dinner in such a well appointed kitchen. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would like to return sometime in the future.

I have rented houses from both Air B&B and VRBO. By far, this is the nicest house that we have stayed in. The host was really responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. Everything was clean and in working order.

Our family had a very nice, relaxing vacation in Kim’s Treetop Cabin. The house was beautiful! I can’t call it a cottage or a cabin because it really was a very nice vacation home. The home and kitchen were amazingly well stocked; the décor and appliances were all up to date and very attractive. Lots of birds and squirrels visited the feeders off the back deck each day and we enjoyed seeing a raccoon take a nap in a tree about 10 feet from the back patio. It was very nice, very comfortable, and we loved that we could grill on the back deck! We had a great time roasting marshmallows over the firepit, too! Kim was very helpful, providing us with very useful tips about Lake Arrowhead. We were a little concerned about a forecasted heat wave during our visit, but we found the cabin was always cool and comfortable. Having fishing equipment, beach towels and chairs, etc. available was terrific and made packing that much simpler. The beach and trails were within a short walk from the cabin and everything else was a very easy and short drive. This was our most relaxing vacation ever!

OWNER SPARED NO EXPENSE. THREE BIG BEDROOMS AND TWO NICE BATHROOMS. GREAT PATIO WITH BBQ AND GAS FIRE PIT. ONCE AGAIN THEY SPARED NO EXPENSE ON PATIO FURNITURE. WE HAVE RENTED MULTIMILLION DOLAR HOMES TO FIND CRAPPY OLD PLASTIC PATIO CHAIRS,yUUK. OTHER OWNERS SHOULD TAKE A LESSON FROM KIM ON HOW TO DECORATE WITH SUCH FINE TASTE. A COMFORTER FROM WALMART DOES NOT COUNT PEOPLE. WE WILL BE USING THIS HOME TO JUDGE OTHERS WE RENT FROM NOW ON. We were shocked to say the least!! Not only the beauty of the property which was done with care to every detail in design, it made you feel like you had entered a 6 star hotel. Every room was met with a gasp of astonishment. From the living room to the bedrooms we could not be more pleased. Refrigerator was stocked with everything but caviar, they missed nothing and even more, we needed for nothing...we were expecting a man with a guitar and one with a violin to pop out at anytime! Our mother who is on oxygen and has a hard time walking was so excited about the place that it will always be our first pick when we come back. BRAVO!!! The only really bad thing is that we don't own it!

This rental/experience has to be the best we have ever come across in everyway, from the convienient location to the village, to the beautiful high end furnishings, but most important the owners were a pleasure to deal with.....you cannot go wrong with this property!!

My husband and I went to the cabin for a quiet weekend away to celebrate our anniversary. What a special place! So much thought has been put into making it a home away from home, not just a rental. Apart from all the amenities listed on their website, there were some lovely personal touches – candles for soft lighting, and seed and nuts to feed the birds – the owners are obviously very proud of their property and it shows. The huge windows that make up the one wall make the cottage so bright and sunny, as well as giving wonderful views of the trees. We chose to use the loft bedroom and sat in bed in the morning enjoying the views, smelling the coffee brewing below. Although we went as a couple looking for a quiet retreat, we can’t wait to take the family with us for a second visit. With the village and lake a very short walk away, there is so much to do – or not!

It was our first time using short term rentals, and we were a little bit anxious. As soon as we entered this house we were amazed, the coziness, details, luxury, fine appliances and gadgets made this house the perfect mountain retreat. Every detail was thought off, Kim gives perfect instructions and recommendations so you don't have to figure out anything on your own. She even gave us a list of excellent restaurants in the area. Lake Arrowhead is private, relaxing and high end. Trust me, I will rent this house a thousand times.

This was by far the best renting experience I have ever had! Kim thought of everything! The small touches that she added to her home made our stay especially wonderful. A group of my friends and I rented the house for the weekend and it was perfectly situated close to the village and to the lake. The large windows and deck attached to the great room give you the feel of the outdoors and the house is so cozy. Kim was always reachable when I had questions and always responded quickly to my queries. I will be staying here every time I go to Arrowhead in the future!

I have stayed at many vacation rentals every year for the past 6 years in a row and never have I been so happy and comfortably accommodated like I had with this cabin. Originally I had 6 people coming but added another two last minute and everyone had a place to sleep comfortably. We were afraid we didn't pack enough things like cups and pots but Kim had everything set up for us! I love that everything was in working order and the cabin was always warm when we needed it. There was cable, netflix, and Apple TV among many other things that kept us distracted. I had forgotten to pack qtips and hair wash but a family sized "Bed Head" soap and body wash were stocked in every bathroom along with enough toilet paper and hand soap and towels! Not to mention the ample amount of spices and condiments ready in the kitchen (I appreciate the little things). I can count on packing light the next time :) Also, I was stressing about finding time to get plastic flutes for champagne to ring in the new year but she had more than enough ready for everyone! We'll definitely head back!!

I am so impressed with the great service and accommodating host to this cabin. It is luxurious and so nicely decorated. There are so many perks to this rental. I rented it last weekend and I'm already looking for the next soonest availability to stay again. Beautiful and stunning in every aspect. I would make this a bi-annual stay with family and friends anytime of the year!

The most beautiful accommodation in all of the Big Bear/Lake Arrowhead area. And not the most expensive! Every little detail has been thought of. Thank you Kim for a most lovely stay.

It was my first time in lake Arrowhead, and I spent 4 days in Kim's beautiful cabin. The house is elegantly furnished and everything was very comfortable and super clean. This place is a real gem; there are huge windows overlooking the woods and you really have the feeling to live within nature but at the same time you have all the comforts of an high-tech accommodation. Furthermore the house is perfectly located...you can easily reach the village and the lake by walk just forgetting your car and relaxing yourself! Kim was super friendly and helpful. She is the perfect host:-)) She let me lots of info concerning the nearby attractions and everything needed! I really loved this place and I miss so much having breakfast looking outside the windows at the blue jays flying around the bird feeder:-))

Great place to escape the busy city and enjoy a modern home in the mountains! We spent a couple of nights there with my friend and his family. The kids loved the outdoor activities and came home to enjoy movies, games, music and food. That loft was a place to hang out with some drinks and BBQ in the grill! Thanks to the owner for providing us great service. My son especially will miss the place. He had so much fun. Hope to visit again soon for some R&R.
