The entry level hosts a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with European style cabinetry, quartz counters, stainless appliances, and island. Tastefully furnished great room and dining area overlooking the entire valley. Powder room, 2 car garage, the first of 3 fireplaces and 3 furnished decks complete the level.

The laundry features DUAL high efficiency washers & dryers, related supplies, and iron with board. The level is finished off with the third fireplace and furnished deck.

TV's are smartphone screencast ready. For guests desiring classic family entertainment, there are ample books and board games as well as ping pong.
Outdoor Living Spaces
Placing an equal emphasis on outdoor living, Mittry Lodge features 3 fully appointed decks. Featuring ample seating, picnic and tables, over-sized stainless BBQ, fire pits and designer lighting.

The property has everything expected from a luxury vacation home. The kitchen is complete with high quality cookware, utensils and gadgets. As well as a large selection of K-cups for the Keurig coffee maker. There is a tasteful selection of mountain themed table settings. Bathrooms are well stocked with plush towels and spa quality toiletries. There are dual washer/ dryers, water heaters, heaters, and A/C units. Electric Vehicle charger.
Air Conditioning
2 separate AC units for total coverage on all 3 levels.
Lake Gregory Membership
Property comes with (2) Lake Gregory memberships. Each includes- parking passes, beach entry passes for up to 6 people, summer beach access (Memorial Day - Labor Day), splash pad access (Memorial Day to Labor Day), year-round fishing ($10/day county fishing fee waived, 10% off all shop items and grill (prepackaged, prepared items, & merchandise).
Lake Arrowhead Village
Lake Arrowhead Village shops and restaurants are a quick 2-minute drive and/or 10 minute walk. Sky Park at Santa’s Village, about a 10-minute drive.
Blue Jay Village
Downtown Blue Jay is a short 4-mile drive and home to Jensen’s Foods, Starbucks, and numerous retail shops & restaurants.
