Picture perfect, absolutely spotless with quality linens and amenities. We had four adults and two kids and they place immediately felt like home - just the right size in a cozy way. Lots of games to play and entertainment. Location was great in relation to town center and Jon was extremely responsive to our dumb questions! Would love to come back during the summer. Recommend dinner at Stone Creek Bistro...

Jon is an awesome host. The cabin had everything you could possibly need. The TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Music were all dialed in. This cabin is located in a prime location. This was a great place for our family including our 3 year old and 4 month old and our dog. The cabin was spotless and had all the amenities. Jon is very responsive we will definitely be back.

We had a great experience at the Lakeview Charmer. It has a nice view of the lake with easy access to the village. The fireplace is extra special and the cabin has all the amenities of home. We would go back again.

The home is very nice with all the amenities you could ask for. Great deck in the back and nice area in the front to sit by the fire pit. The home is small but they do an outstanding job with the space. We enjoyed the home!

The Lakeview Charmer was the perfect spot for my and my husband's relaxing honeymoon! We loved being able to walk to town and around the lake with our dog. The couch was so comfortable for lazy afternoon naps. Everything was clean, clearly labeled, and elegantly designed. We would love to return for another relaxing weekend in Lake Arrowhead soon!

We had a wonderful vacation staying at the Lakeview Charmer. The home was beautiful and the view was beyond gorgeous! The home had everything we needed and the dock had all the fun toys to play with! We look forward to our next trip! Jon was great! Very accommodating and his correspondence was super quick!

This was exactly what our family had hoped for.. a private relaxing getaway with all the amenities of home! Every detail was superb! From the moment we walked in admiring that stunning view of the lake/trees to the comfortable luxurious bedding after a long day on the water was all we could've asked for! Our family spent a lot of our time down on the dock (five min walk) where there was plenty of kayaks/sups for everyone (shared dock) ~ Lake Arrowhead definitely at it's finest in this gorgeous home! Thank you Jon, we hope to come again!

The location was great. The amenities were wonderful. We really enjoyed the beds and bedding were sooo comfortable. The view off the back deck was spectacular. We especially liked eating our meals outside and making s'mores on the front patio. The bathroom was a little small and Burnt Mill Beach was to far to walk for little ones. Everything inside the house was clean and completely updated. Thank you Jon for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful house. Lots of equipment. Great terrasse with awesome view. The dock access with kayaks and paddle boards supplied is worth the trip. The only thing missing would be an AC in the lower floor for the hot summer days. Great stay!

The Lakeview charmer is a very cute house to stay in at Lake arrowhead. The decor is adorable. The house is very clean and very comfortable. Our family of four had plenty of room, even with only one bathroom to share. The only time we felt a little bit crowded was down at the dock. This house shares a dock and Dockie quit meant with two other houses. The two other parties there had many more people than we did, so we felt overrun by their large groups. Some of the equipment also needed some repair, overall we had a great time.

This house was amazing. The decor and appliances were top of the line. The bedrooms upstairs had air conditioning units and the bedroom downstairs had a fan, all rooms were very comfortable. Our host supplied the house with all the amenities of home. We did not need to bring anything other than food and beverage. The setting was quiet and the back porch view was amazing. The access to the beach was great as well as all the sporting equipment. This home was walking distance to Arrowhead Village which was great. Stater Bros. grocery store is located in the village for shopping convenience. We will definitely rent this beautiful home again.

We visited CA for a week and extended here for 2 nights before going to Anaheim for a company trip. This property was the highlight of our trip. The owners have thought of everything to make a stay restful and relaxing and no detail is missed. The rental includes access to a private dock. The surrounding villages offer many great dining options and I was surprised to find the local grocery store had exceptionally reasonable prices. We rarely visit the same place twice, but would return here in a heartbeat!

This cabin is truly a charmer. It is exactly what you see in the pictures and very well equipped. Mother nature tossed us a curve ball with rain and a power outage on Saturday and woke up Sunday to 8" of snow. That was not in our plans for our May weekend but the cabin made it easy for us to relax and enjoy the fire and the views. We highly recommend this property and Kim and Jon are wonderful host and it is great to be able to make all arrangements on line. Thank You Lakeview Charmer.

Spent the weekend at this lovely place with my pups and had the time of our lives. It was incredibly peaceful and very very well kept. It was really nice having a place fully decked out with technology and anything you could ever need/want "kitchen" related. I absolutely loved staying here and would recommend it to everyone. This might just become a new yearly tradition.

We were looking for a quiet getaway and found it at Lakeview Charmer! Cozy and elegant with spectacular lake views. We felt right at home and immediately relaxed when we walked in the door. Every detail was just perfect, from the nicely appointed kitchen, to the beautiful furnishings and cozy feel. The owner was great, responding to our questions almost immediately. We took advantage of the lake access, but it was too chilly to use the lake "toys"... we will have to come back in the summer! Our vacation at Lakeview Charmer was unforgettable and we can't wait to come back!

Beautiful, comfortable and cozy chic. Perfect getaway for our family to unwind and recharge. Hosts have really tried to anticipate all your needs to make your stay as stress free as possible. This is my second time staying at these owners property, and l like the first time, the home couldn't of been nicer. Plush, modern and meticulous! One of the owners (John) was really personal in contacting me, even answering a question late at night during one of the nights we were there. I would absolutely recommend their homes to anyone wanting to stay in something 5 star.

I find that rental experiences are defined by the details. It is the little things that make or break an experience and at the Lakeview Charmer, it was most certainly the details that made our stay exceptional. The photos and description of the property are accurate in every regard. However, when we arrived we were surprised and delighted by all the little extras, the details, that made our stay extraordinary. The booking process was flawless. The instructions provided were detailed. I couldn't have been more impressed. Not only would I recommend this property, I already have.

Great place to get away for the weekend. Cabin was beautiful and with a great view. Lake was walking distance from the cabin. Most definitely recommend this cabin to enjoy a relaxing weekend.

We are so glad we choose Lakeview Charmer! It was perfect! The location could not be better....secluded but close to the Village. We had 4 adults and 2 children. The upstairs was perfect for the kids and their parents. Although there was only 1 bathroom - we worked it out. The decorating is absolutely stunning! The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you would need! We loved the Keurig coffee maker and Alexa played some great tunes for us! The beds were so comfortable and the linens, pillows and sheets were top quality. We felt like we were in a 5 star hotel. The fireplace has gas logs.....not wood burning - but it was perfect! There were a lot of games and coloring books for the kids and adults. The view of the lake was really beautiful too! We loved this place and we will definitely come back.

This home is so beautiful and quiet. My husband and I came up for the weekend and found ourselfs so relaxed and charmed. From the decor to the location everything was perfect and it's clear the owners put a lot of effort into mainting the home and making sure it's as luxurious as possible. The owners had stocked the house with everything you could need to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. The views of the lake were magical and I couldn't help but fall in love with the interior and exterior of the house. I can't wait to spend more time at lake view charmer. I absolutely loved my time at the house and will be back without a doubt.

Lake view charmer was the perfect getaway for my wife and I. aesthetically pleasing, organized and clean beyond belief. The kitchen was open into the living room and views of the lake were spectacular. Upstairs was a perfect place for kids and another couple! The outdoor fire pit and lounge area was romantic and a definite plus! The house was equipped with everything from an iPad to an amazon speaker. We were a 5min walk from some of the best restaurants! Can't complain about a thing

While small, the cabin is absolutely gorgeous. It's been recently completely renovated with the finest taste and furnishings. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and outfitted. There was a Keurig coffee maker stocked with pods. The hosts even had games in the cupboard available to play. The linens were fresh and lovely. The view of the lake is beautiful. The location is perfect - we were able to walk to the village easily. It's everything you want in a cozy mountain cabin

This place was fantastic. Great amenities with great views. We came up with a group of 6 for New Years and it was exactly what we were looking for. Very comfortable and private, yet still close to the village.

Upon arrival, we received a great tour- helping us settle in more quickly to our mini family vacay. The home was inviting, cozy, clean, great decor, modern kitchen/bath and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the view amazing! We were lucky enough to have chosen a weekend where there was some snow fall. This space was perfect for enjoying the CA winter, we highly recommend. :)

We had a fun weekend at this place. It's close to the Arrow head village and walking distance to the assigned boat dock with the Kayaks and paddle boards. You can get a great view of the lake in the distance from the deck of the home. It was great fun to sip early morning tea and watch the sun come up over and behind the lake. The kitchen is new and we had a fun time cooking in the open kitchen with all the new cookware. The interiors are warm and have a nice rustic feel of a cabin or mountain lodge. We had a fun time gathering around the fireplace. Overall great place to hang out with lots of stuff to do outdoors and indoors.

The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She provided everything we needed and more to make it an incredible stay! We had such an amazing time as a family in this beautiful cabin. The cabin was beautiful and so warm and cozy. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed and more. The location was perfect and a great distance from the village. The bedrooms and beds were great and comfortable. The cabin was clean and very well kept. The outside seating was a great addition. The kitchen is perfect for a cabin getaway and we were even able to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner. We loved our stay!!

Kim is an amazing host, pays a huge amount of attention to detail, and extremely organized. The property was so clean and impeccable. Gorgeous model home interiors, comfy beds, and fully stocked kitchen with all the gadgets. Would definitely stay here or at any of the other properties again in a heartbeat! The house is just Wonderful! It's has very welcoming energy and absolutely updated. I stayed there with the family of 5 but it could easily fit few more people. Kim was very attentive and easy to communicate! It's definitely now on my vacation places list!
