Amazing view and great place to stay for the weekend! So much room around the house for an entire family.

This house is fantastic. It is large and spacious, with too many cool amenities to mention. The fire pit on the upper balcony, with a view of the lake is a highpoint, as is the master bathroom, with a similar view. Every piece of technology works seamlessly, the bedrooms are luxurious and the kitchen is perfect. The host couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. We felt we were in very good hands from the moment we booked until the moment we checked out. With any luck, we will be back.

Wow, what a lovely escape to the mountains! The cabin was larger than expected and even had a trendy corner for little kiddos (we travelled with our little toddler and we were thrilled to find little chairs just for him on the third floor!). The home was designed beautifully, everything felt brand new, extremely clean, and to top it all off 3 glorious furnished balconies and a GORGEOUS lake view. It was so relaxing, we can't wait to come back! Thanks again for being wonderful hosts.

The location was absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the lake. All spaces (bedrooms and shared spaces) were well laid out and decorated beautifully for each of our family groups (young kids, teens, and couples). We especially appreciated that each floor allowed for peace and quite, fun and games, and group time. Each deck had a different view of the lake and had varied furniture. Will definitely look to book again!

I’ve been looking for a place in Lake Arrowhead for a while because I am very picky about cleanliness. This is the place for you if you have these concerns. The place is impeccable, it’s like staying at a nice resort. Very impressed. Jon was very responsive to all of our requests, I don’t know how he does it. Will be back!

The best Airbnb in all of Lake Arrowhead. Killer views. Chic Style. Tasteful Finishes. Jon’s rental provides a resort-like experience with the privacy/intimacy of a private residence. The multi-deck home provides ample room for you & your loved ones to create new memories. This Airbnb has everything: 2 living room / game rooms, grill, fire pit, outstanding amenities in the bathroom. The 5 bedrooms provide plenty of privacy & space for the moments when you need to break away as well. I could seriously not hear my other travelers when it was time to rest each night. There’s not one thing this Airbnb lacks.

This home is beyond perfect, you can tell much care and thought went into every detail of the house - I can’t express how wonderful our stay was! The house was impeccably clean and beautiful with high quality bedding and furniture. Location is amazing and 5-10 minutes away from some great snow locations (we had a blast at Will Abell Memorial Trail!) and also close to Arrowhead Village. Jon was amazing and was very responsive and helpful. We stayed with 3 very picky families (6 adults, 2 elementary aged kids, 2 toddlers) and everyone had an amazing time. It’s a huge house and we probably would have still been comfortable with 1-2 more families! I cannot recommend this house enough, dreaming about going back soon!! Thank you Jon!

The house is great, easily holds 6-10 people and even more if there are younger kids. The wifi worked great and we had 5-6 people on it all day for school and work. Views magnificent! The house is a 7-10 min drive to the small village of Blue Jay where there is a nice market, few restaurants and shops and another 5 min to the Village of Arrowhead. The roads wind around a lot and can be fairly steep if you’re out walking. A strange thing about Lake Arrowhead is that the lake is private and there aren’t a lot (any) of trails you are allowed to walk on that border the lake. That was frustrating but plenty of streets to walk with lake views. If we come back to Arrowhead we would definitely stay at this house again. It was really nice and accommodating.

This home was perfect for our family getaway. The entire home was so clean, had everything we needed, and had the best views. We would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous in every way! I’m very, very picky when booking Airbnb’s and I have to say this place was beyond amazing! You definitely get what you pay for & more! The view, the amenities, the cleanliness, the level of detail, everything is 5 star and spectacular from start to finish. This was the most amazing house! Absolutely stunning with the most incredible views of the lake! We arrived in peak winter which made the views extra dreamy and the perfect winter wonderland escape! The house was spacious enough for our 3 families and even has a bonus media room + bunk beds for the bigger kids! Tons of room to spread out and get cozy! Jon kept in touch leading up to our arrival and answered all of our questions and was even able to accommodate our few special requests! Loved the added touch of the branded bath products/hand soap! Made it seem like we were staying at a 5 star hotel! We can’t wait to come back, this house is absolutely perfect!! Highly recommend!

Killer view! That’s the best amenity of the house. The home is three stories and each floor has its own deck looking out at the expansive Lake views. The home is appointed very well. The furnishings and fixtures all seem to be brand new. The home is very comfortable and clean. We appreciated the thoughtful appointments and amenities. Some beverages (wine, water and soda) in the fridge upon arrival, candles, PlayStation, wireless phone chargers, condiments and cooking supplies. The home is on a hillside and is 3 levels. Ceilings are high and is quite spacious. The host Jon was very responsive. I would go again and highly recommend it.

Just WOW. This Airbnb is amazing ! From the design, the location, the views, amenities, and cleanliness --really made an everlasting impression. It was an ease checking into the residence and honestly the amount of professionalism from Jon and his team are spectacular. Going up and down each of the levels can be a bit of a workout haha but overall, my guests were happy and we definitely want to come back again! Though I did not bring the pups on my trip, its a plus that this Airbnb is pet friendly as well!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful mountain home. Jon's place is very comfortable and included so many nice touches to make our visit very enjoyable. The home is laid out nicely meeting the needs of our family. Our two grandsons had plenty of room to play and relax. The location is convenient for hiking, a nice playground and groceries. The kitchen is well stocked and easy for several cooks to work in tandem. We sat together at the dining table and sat comfortably together on the sun decks. This home is a gem.

This place was amazing! The view was absolutely gorgeous and the interior made it enjoyable to stay inside and read a book, play a game, or just watch some TV. Every member of our family enjoyed this wonderfully charming place.

Our family booked a last minute trip from Orange County to enjoy the fresh fallen snow in Lake Arrowhead. Everything about our trip from booking, checking in, our stay, and check out was smoother than checking into a hotel. The home is amazing! It’s filled with love, state of the art touches, and breath-taking views. There is nothing like waking up to a winter wonderland and enjoying coffee in a beautifully decorated home. We will totally be coming back.

EVERYTHING FROM THE MOMENT WE WALKED IN FROM THE MOMENT WE LEFT WAS ON POINT! WE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED, THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT, AND THE VIEW WAS INCREDIBLE! WE HAD SNOW ON OUR SECOND DAY, AND IT WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD ON OUR HOLIDAY.. Beautiful family home with gorgeous views of Lake Arrowhead. Just stunning waking up to these views on every level of the house. The house could not be more beautiful. The view is million dollar from the house to all the decks. Kitchen was so very well equipped with everything you might need. No mismatched anything! Would stay again for sure.

This property is amazing. The views from every floor just took your breath away. The home was extremely clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook amazing meals over looking the lake. We could not have asked for a better place and time to come together and relax and disconnect from the outside world.

Everything is new and modern. Loved all the nice touches in the house. The kitchen had everything you need.and the views from the balconies where just beautiful!! Just be aware that there are two stairways going down to the bedrooms from the main floor. This might be a problem for some people.

The house was even better than expected! The view was incredible, the kitchen fully stocked for cooking and storing food, and all the bedrooms felt like a fancy hotel. The lower level was basically it's own apartment - perfect for a family with 2-3 kids who need some room for sleep and play. Unfortunately the beaches were not open to visitors, only owners, but Jon kindly set us up with a boat ride so we could spend some time on and in the lake. Cannot wait to come back to this special house!

The view is the star of this location, but it doesn’t stop there. Jon’s attention to detail is shown through every inch of the house with tasteful decor and every amenity you could imagine. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, EV Charger, and lots of space to spread out or come together. The 2nd floor master bedroom suite was gorgeous, with its own private deck. We had a week packed full of activities, and wish we’d spent at least one day just at the house with the family: cooking, playing ping pong, and relaxing. The neighborhood is fabulous to walk your dog in the morning or evening. We’d definitely come here again - and we’d like to bring another family of friends with us.

What a gem! We absolutely LOVED our stay at this beautiful, modern lake house. It's brand-new and very fresh. The view is to die-for, and the lake breeze blows in through every window. The beds/ baths were top-notch, the kitchen had everything one could want, and best of all, Jon was there immediately to answer the few questions that did come up (mostly tech-related). Couldn't recommend more strongly.

Turnkey property. Just like the photos. Brand new property. View is spectacular. We wanted something comfortable and clean like our home and this ticks those boxes. Plenty of amenities. Balcony setup is great day and night. Plenty of room for the kids/family to hang out at night. Will be coming back for sure.

This luxury 3 stories jewel house is one of the best places we have stayed in Lake Arrowhead area. All furnitures are brand new, tons of amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, and best of all, a million dollar view of the beautiful lake. We were so lucky to be their first guest! Jon is a great host and owns several other properties that we are looking forward to staying at.

If you are considering a visit to Lake Arrowhead, staying at the Alpen House will make it an unforgettable experience. It surely was for us! Whether you are a small group or large, the luxury yet simple comfort of this home will immediately put you into relaxation mode and ensure you will not want to leave. The most special part of this house is its jaw-dropping views. When observing these incredible views, you will gaze out onto a large portion of the lake, mountains, thousands of trees and wild Blue Jays and hawks that circle before your eyes. Most of our time was spent sitting around the super-easy-to-use fire pit on the top deck simply staring out at the wonder before us. The Alpen House, itself, is exquisite! The exceptionally functional layout in the multi-leveled home is designed perfectly. The upper floor contains a white and bright kitchen, complete with all new utensils and appliances. It has everything you will need, even lots of placemats and linen napkins for your most fancy of dinner parties. Stocked with basic oils, salt/pepper, garlic salt, zip lock baggies, foil, wax paper and even some take-away bowls and lids, there is nothing you will need. And don’t fear, with a Keurig, French press and traditional coffee pot to choose from in the making of your morning drink, the large variety of coffees and teas will ensure your mug is quick, easy and delicious. The top floor also has beautiful dining and living spaces, as well as an outdoor barbecue, picnic table and sitting area on its large deck. The middle floor has a stunning master bedroom with a freestanding bathtub and shower overlooking another grand deck with more incredible views. The third floor sinks down into an expansive and extensive entertainment level, complete with four bunk beds, another sprawling master bedroom and yet another deck with superb views. All three levels have a beautiful fireplace as a focal point in one of the rooms. Equally as amazing as the views and layout, is the interior design and décor. You will feel as if you have walked into a beautiful and professionally decorated model home. Every room luxurious and complete, with final touches of candles, beautiful coffee table books, pillows and throws that tie together a mixture of complimentary furniture and décor. Some of our family's favorites about the Alpen House are that there is either Alexa or (Hidden by Airbnb) on each level, views from the middle floor's master bathtub and shower, high-speed internet with repeaters on each level offering incredible speeds throughout the house, fun and cushiony egg-shaped chairs on the decks, string lighting on the top deck, trays on the most inviting and comfortable beds, a secret covered bench with games inside, and of course for the kids, the Xbox! With nothing left undone, you will find basic first-aid kits in every bathroom, along with hairdryers and curling irons. And at each bedside table in the top drawer lies a flashlight, just in case you rise during the night and want the assurance of a little light ;) Vacations are always hard to leave behind, but there is just something about the Alpen House that made it especially hard for our family to say good-bye to. We will certainly be back, and in the meantime hope many others have the opportunity to enjoy this very special space nestled in the middle of majestic Lake Arrowhead. The Edwards Family.
