Casa Ultimo embodies the desert resort lifestyle. An LVH Premier property, the spacious single level floor plan features vaulted ceilings, laminate floors, ample windows with spectacular views of outdoor living space and the majestic Santa Rosa mountains.

The home hosts a large gourmet kitchen featuring custom cabinetry, granite tops, and high-end appliances. It overlooks the tastefully furnished dining and great room, spa, and mountains.
Bedrooms
Hosts four bedrooms- 2 master suites and 2 secondary. All feature premium flooring, fine furnishings, quality linens, closets, ceiling fans, and HI-Def TV’s. Memory foam king mattresses sit atop custom bed frames. Finished with wireless phone chargers and Amazon Echo Dots.

Hosts 3.5 bathrooms. The primary master, a dual vanity, walk-in shower, and Roman tub. The 2nd master, a single vanity and walk-in shower. The 3rd, a single vanity and walk-in shower.
