Minimum number of nights to book?
2 night minimum. However, there a certain events in which 3 are required. See listings for details.

What are the benefits of LVH Rentals over a hotel/ resort?
In a word, VALUE. Properties are executive class, luxury vacation homes. Amenities include:

  • Single family homes (no condos/ townhomes)
  • New construction or professional remodels
  • Beautiful interiors
  • Gourmet kitchens
  • Designer bed & bathrooms
  • Pillow top beds, quality linens and toiletries
  • Fully furnished outdoor living spaces with BBQ's
  • Premium home entertainment
Dependent upon property/ season, rates start at $179 a night (2 night minimum, plus fees & taxes).

How competitive is pricing?
Extremely competitive. We regularly compare our pricing with equal property offerings on the major vacation rental portals. Given locations, features, amenities and guest support, we are not aware of any entity that offers equal value.

Do you offer discounts?
Repeat customers receive a 5% discount on the "nightly" rate. Other fees, cleaning and taxes still apply. We make every effort to work with potential guests budgets whenever possible, dependent upon demand, seasonal factors and length of stay.

Is there a booking fee?

Outside of base rental rates, are there additional fees/ taxes?
Yes. Taxes/ property damage insurance $79.00 and/or security deposit/ cleaning fee. Optional fees, furry family member & pool heating.

Furry Family Member Friendly?
Dependent upon property, see listings for details. If allowed, dogs only (2 maximum). Dog rent is a flat rate $100.00 or $200.00. (size restrictions, contact to discuss)

Can the cleaning fee be waved if guests clean the property?
No, professional cleaners are required.

Security deposit/ balance requirements?
Some homes require a refundable security deposit, see listings for specific details. Balances are due 21 days prior to check-in.

Forms of payment accepted?
All major credit cards.

What is the cancellation & refund policy?
Cancellations outside of 30 days prior to arrival date incur no penalty, less payment processing fees incurred by LVH Rentals. Cancellations made 29 to 14 days of arrival receive 50% of the booking total, less payment processing fees incurred by LVH Rentals. Cancellations within 13 days of arrival are 100% non-refundable. Cancellations for special events and holidays detailed on pricing matrix are 100% non-refundable.

When are property address and keys issued?
3 days prior to check-in upon receipt of full payment, guests will receive an email detailing address and property information. Keyless entry.

Check-in/ check-out times?
Check-in is 4:00 p.m./ check-out is 11:00 a.m. Scheduling modifications require approval. Contact to discuss.

Upon arrival, will I be met by an LVH Rentals representative?
Dependent upon availability.

How do guests contact support while at the property?
We are very responsive to guest needs. Contact information is provided in the welcome email as well as in the Property & Area handbook located on site.
